Every day, the entire Plats du Chef team strives to create delicious and convenient food products made with great ingredients; however, we don’t stop there. We’re also vigilant about food safety and pledge to conduct business as ethically and sustainably as possible.

Our Quality Assurance department works continuously to ensure that our manufacturing and sanitation standards are stringent so that we can maintain top tier, international certifications such as SQF level III.

All of our facilities are in compliance with rules and regulations specified by

  • CFIA (HACCP)
  • USDA/FDA

And some of our facilities are certified

  • Organic (Canada Organic Regime & National Organic Program)

What’s next?

By 2018 we hope to achieve Ethical Sourcing Certification which encompasses both social and environmental compliance.
