SPINACH, ENRICHED FLOUR (WHEAT FLOUR, NIACIN, IRON, THIAMINE MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID), FETA CHEESE (MILK, NONFAT MILK, BACTERIAL CULTURE, CALCIUM CHLORIDE, MICROBIAL ENZYME, SALT), CANOLA OIL, WATER, ONION, EGG, MODIFIED CORN STARCH, CONTAINS 2% OR LESS: BUTTER, SPICES, VITAL WHEAT GLUTEN, CARAMEL COLOR, YEAST, SALT, CORN STARCH, DEXTROSE.

CONTAINS WHEAT, MILK, EGG.

Cooking Instructions

Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Ensure product reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Since individual appliances vary in temperature, these instructions serve as guidelines only.

Let stand for 5 minutes before serving as product is very hot.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR MICROWAVE OVEN.

Conventional Oven
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Remove product from all packaging. DO NOT BAKE IN PLASTIC TRAY.
  3. Remove as many triangles as needed from the tray and place glazed side up on a baking sheet, on center rack of oven. DO NOT SEPARATE OR BREAK PIECES APART PRIOR TO BAKING.
  4. Bake for 17 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
