Vegetables (spinach, artichoke [contain water, salt, citric acid, ascorbic acid], onion), swiss & parmesan cheese blend (milk, part nonfat milk, bacterial culture, salt, enzyme, calcium chloride, lipase, cellulose), water, cream (cream, carboxymethyl cellulose, guar gum, locust bean gum, carrageenan), reduced fat sour cream product (milk, cream, nonfat milk, bacterial culture, enzyme), lemon juice from concentrate (water, concentrated lemon juice), enriched flour (wheat flour, amylase, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), canola oil, modified corn starch, salt, sugar, garlic, cayenne pepper puree (contain salt, vinegar), cellulose, vinegar, butter (cream, salt), spice, xanthan gum.

Cooking Instructions

Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Remove all packaging. Ensure product reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Since individual appliances vary in temperature, these instructions serve as guidelines only.

Please be careful as product can be hot after heating.




  1. Place product in a microwave safe bowl, cheese on top.
  2. Heat on HIGH for 3 minutes and stir to mix the cheese into the dip.
  3. Heat on HIGH for an additional minute or until center of dip is heated through.
  4. Stir and serve.
