Nutritional Information

Cooked grains (water, brown rice, red quinoa, pearl barley), vegetables (carrots, broccoli, sugar snap peas, red bell peppers, green onion), cooked chicken (white chicken meat, water, modified corn starch, salt), water, brown sugar, ginger puree, soy sauce (water, wheat, soybean, salt), sesame oil, garlic, rice starch, chicken broth, yeast extract, spice.


Cooking Instructions

Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Remove product from the box and plastic package. Ensure product reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Since individual appliances vary in temperature, these instructions serve as guidelines only.

Remove the bowl carefully from the microwave oven as product is very hot. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR conventional or toaster ovens. Do not reuse bowls after heating. Discard any prepared product if not consumed immediately. .

Microwave Oven (1200W)
  1. Remove and discard film that covers the bowl.
  2. Heat on HIGH for 3 minutes; stir, heat for another 1 minute and stir again.
